Capture
Imports that file themselves
The fastest import is the one you don't run. Drop an export into your inbox and Nolocron detects it, routes it to the right importer, and files it.

How the inbox works
Per-vault folder
The watch folder
Drop exports or files into your vault's inbox folder.
Detect & dedup
Ledger check
New files are detected; ones already imported are skipped.
- new file → import
- duplicate → skipped

Into your archive
Dispatched through the import pipeline, normalised into blocks.
01
Why it matters
Manual imports are a chore, and chores get skipped — so your archive falls behind your life. Capture has to take no effort, or it doesn't happen.
02
What Nolocron provides
- A per-vault watch folder auto-detects dropped exports and imports them with no interaction.
- Content sniffers inspect archives in memory to route each file to the right importer.
- A SHA-256 ledger de-duplicates, so re-dropping the same export does nothing.
- Catches up on files dropped while the app was closed; default inbox or a custom path.
03
How it works
- Turn on the inbox for a vault.
- Drop an export into the watch folder.
- Nolocron detects, routes, and imports it.
- Find the result waiting in your archive.
04
Proof
- No dialog, no clicks — capture becomes a habit, not a chore.
- Duplicate drops are ignored by content hash.
- Runs locally against the active vault.
